Today was the first day outside for the chicks. I use an upside down laundry basket to keep them in one place. Of course, someone has to see how secure it is right away.
Here they are inside checking out the grass and bugs.
Caught 'ya!
When it's time for a nap, they fall asleep wherever they are. This one slept like this for a few minutes. Funny how they have the same exact grass inside, but they wanted the grass outside of the basket. Just like us I guess!

Hello Sheryl Lyn,
These chicks are so cute and huggable. Yes, it's true they know the grass is greener on the other side..hehehehe
Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Yes, it's great to finally get those windows in....now I've got two walls of double hanging rods going up next week. This will hold my vintage bedspread collection.
I've finally decided on a decent furniture arrangement for my studio but that's about it...gosh, it seems that progress goes slow when you do most of it alone. Thomas will be home this week so we will get a bunch done.
Have a great week,
Steph
They are so cute. I would love some chicks. I can't believe it fell asleep like that.
